Founded Navitas in 2022. Previously spent 16+ years at Euler Hermes (Allianz), where he launched Euler Hermes Energy in 2015 — the first dedicated energy vertical in trade credit — and pioneered demand bonds and fronting solutions for energy commodity.
Nithya Venkatesan
FVP, Risk
20+ years of risk management experience across credit, market, and enterprise risk. Formerly Senior Manager of Corporate Risk at Hess, with prior roles at NRG Energy spanning natural gas, power, crude, refined products, NGLs, and derivatives.
Mike Wojcik
VP of Underwriting
16 years as a trade credit manager and insurance underwriter. Head of Underwriting for Euler Hermes Energy from 2017, responsible for new business and portfolio retention across all energy product lines.
Michael Rapp
VP of Underwriting
22+ years of insurance experience across brokers and carriers. Began at AIG underwriting specialty lines, later Regional Manager for Trade Credit, and joined Euler Hermes in 2014 to support the energy team.
Josh Steele
VP of Underwriting
19+ years in trade credit insurance at Allianz Trade Americas, in roles from Account Manager to Director of Commercial Underwriting. Appointed Head of Energy, Underwriting & Distribution in 2022.
